There are two ways currently to refer to Universal Dialysis Center. First, you can give our team a call at 972-645-7980 Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 6 PM CST. You can also fax us the referral at 972-645-7981.

Our top priority is making Dialysis Accessible for your patients. Our flexible staff is always ready to get patients in as needed for a quick initial visit at least. We can also provide traditional in-center dialysis as well as modern at home dialysis depending on what will best serve patient care needs.

At Universal Dialysis we’re focused on providing high-quality care throughout the treatment process including post-dialysis training and care for all our patients. Our methods also incorporate family member and caregiver training as well as medical device support.
